Please read the following facility terms of use carefully before making a reservation or using the facility. By completing your reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 1 (Eligibility for Use)

This facility is available only to customers who have completed an online reservation and advance payment. We may not be able to accommodate walk-ins without a reservation.

Article 2 (Prohibited Actions)

The following actions are prohibited within the facility:

• Smoking (including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products)
• Drinking alcohol or using the facility after drinking alcohol
• Unauthorized operation or alteration of sauna equipment or fixtures
• Behaving in a way that causes nuisance to other customers
• Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings inside the facility (excluding private spaces for personal use)
• Unauthorized removal of rented equipment
• Bringing in food or drinks (unless separately permitted)
• Bringing pets

Article 3 (Health and Well-being Management)

Customers falling under any of the following categories should refrain from using the facility. For your safety, please ensure you are in good health before use.

• Those who have consumed alcohol or are intoxicated
• Those with fever or feeling unwell
• Pregnant individuals
• Those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, or similar ailments
• Those restricted from sauna use by a doctor

Article 4 (Handling of Equipment and Rental Items)

Please return all rental equipment (towels, amenities, etc.) to their original state after use. In case of damage or loss, you may be charged for the actual costs incurred.

Article 5 (Cancellation Policy)

Cancellations will be handled according to the following policy:

• Up to 24 hours before the usage date: Full refund
• Within 24 hours of the usage date: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Article 6 (Extension and Overtime)

You cannot use the facility beyond your reserved time. If you wish to extend your usage, please inform a staff member during your visit. We will accommodate if there is availability (additional charges apply).

Article 7 (Damage to Facility)

If damage to the facility or equipment occurs due to your intentional act or negligence, you may be held responsible for all or part of the repair and replacement costs.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

Our facility is not responsible for the following matters:

• Customer's poor health or accidents (including cases where terms of use are not observed)
• Loss or theft of customer's personal belongings within the facility
• Reservation changes or cancellations due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or equipment malfunction
