ASTRA Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes the importance of protecting your personal information and strives to handle and protect it appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy").

The Company collects personal information by the following methods:

  1. When customers make a reservation for the Company's services (use of private sauna facilities)
  2. When customers make inquiries through the Company's website
  3. When customers use the Company's facilities
  4. When customers register for the Company's email newsletter or campaigns

  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Reservation details (date and time of use, number of people, options, etc.)
  • Payment information (credit card information is managed by a payment processing company and not held by the Company)

Article 3 (Purpose of Using Personal Information)

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:

  1. Receiving, confirming, changing, and canceling service reservations
  2. Communicating regarding service provision (reservation confirmation, reminders, guidance on entry methods, etc.)
  3. Responding to customer inquiries
  4. Improving service quality and facility operations
  5. Conducting surveys and data analysis
  6. Announcing new services, campaigns, events, etc. (only with prior consent)
  7. Preventing, investigating, and responding to violations of terms of service and unauthorized use
  8. Creating statistical data (processed in a format that cannot identify individuals)

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide customer personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

  3. When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain customer consent
  4. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound upbringing of children, and it is difficult to obtain customer consent

Provision to Subcontractors

When outsourcing the following tasks, the Company may provide customer personal information to the extent necessary. In such cases, a confidentiality agreement will be concluded with the subcontractor, and appropriate management and supervision will be exercised.

  • Facility management and cleaning services

Specific Retention Periods

  • Information related to reservations and use: 5 years from the last date of use
  • Inquiry content: 3 years after completion of response
  • Email newsletter registration information: Deleted promptly after unsubscribe request

Article 9 (Personal Information of Minors)

In principle, our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. If minors under the age of 18 use the services, parental consent is required.

When collecting personal information from minors, the Company endeavors to obtain parental consent. Parents can request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their child's personal information.

 

Article 10 (Changes to this Policy)

The Company may change this Policy in response to amendments to laws and regulations, changes in social conditions, technological advancements, and other factors. The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on the Company's website.

Significant changes will be announced on the website or notified by email.

The Company is not currently a member of any certified personal information protection organization. If we join one in the future, we will update this Policy accordingly.
